AFFILIATE OPTIONS:
We offer 3 different affiliate options:

1. Affiliate Freelancer - 10% DISCOUNT

Refer a client us, and you will receive a 10% commission based on the rental equipment ordered for every order that client places with us.  This is normally for affiliates who are freelancers (including event planners, videographers, DJ's, etc.).   Alternately, we can rent the equipment directly to you, and you can bill your client whatever price you like.  This option is normally for affiliates that have their own venue (wedding halls, restaurants, meeting space, etc.), but want us to handle the technical aspects. 

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR AFFILIATE FREELANCERS
Orders of $150 or more: FREE when delivered within Manhattan during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM).  

Orders of less than $150:  $25 delivery fee and a $25 pickup fee if you need us to pick up the equipment. We encourage you to pick up your order from us from our Manhattan office.  We only ask that you confirm your order is ready for pickup before arriving at our office.

Early morning and after hours delivery fees:  7AM to 9AM, and 5PM to 11PM: $50 per delivery person. 
11PM to 7AM: $100 per delivery person. 

Weekend and holiday delivery fees:  $100 per delivery person.

Out of area deliveries:  For delivery outside of Manhattan there is a mileage surcharge of $2 per mile ($25 minimum) plus tolls.

2. Affiliate Agent - 20% DISCOUNT

The client places the order directly through you, and we will rent you what you need at 20% off of our regular rental price. In turn, you bill your client whatever price you like.  You handle the pickup from us, delivery to your client, setup, return and technical support of the rental equipment. This is normally for affiliates with technical knowledge that work with clients who may have short term rental needs. Affiliate agents normally do not maintain a rental inventory, or may just need additional equipment for an order.  Typical affiliate agents include event managers with technology staffing, computer repair shops that offer loaner equipment, and technically staffed venues.

Large Order:  $50 delivery fee and a $50 pickup fee if you need us to pick up the equipment. Large orders include plasma displays, multiple PC setups, etc.

3. Affiliate Cross Renter - 30% DISCOUNT

This discount applies to other computer / AV rental companies.  We will rent you what you need at 30% off of our regular rental price. In turn, you bill your client whatever price you like.  You handle the delivery, setup, return and technical support of the rental equipment.   Your company must be willing to rent similar equipment to us at the same rate in the event EGADS needs to cross rent equipment from your company.

24 HOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
By supplying highly reliable name brand products it is rare that any problems will surface.  If there is an issue, we will be here for you.  We provide technical phone support 24 hours a day.  Most problems can be fixed over the phone.  If the problem is hardware related, your equipment will be replaced usually the same day, but no later than the next business day.
