are produced, a replacement toner cartridge will be supplied to you at

Out of area deliveries: For deliveries outside
of Manhattan, up to 25 miles away, there is a mileage surcharge of $2 per mile ($25 minimum) plus tolls.
Plasma screen delivery
and large deliveries require more than one delivery person.
We may pick up your order from us from our convenient Manhattan office.
We only ask that you call us to confirm your order is ready for pickup before
arriving at our office.
NATIONWIDE PLASMA SCREEN DELIVERY
(OUTSIDE MANHATTAN):
For most cities, there is a flat
fee of $175. This includes delivery of $50, setup fee of $75 and
pickup fee of $50).
ON SITE
SUPPORT:
Technicians are available to
remain on site during your event or for extended setup times for $75 per
hour per technician.
24 HOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
By supplying highly reliable
name brand products it is rare that any problems will surface. If
there is an issue, we will be here for you. We provide technical
phone support 24 hours a day. Most problems can be fixed over the
phone. If the problem is hardware related, your equipment will be
replaced usually the same day, but no later than the next business day.

HOW TO ORDER:
New accounts: New clients must fill out a NEW
ACCOUNT RENTAL APPLICATION.
Print and fill out
appropriate application then fax it to our new accounts department at
212.557.5780.
If equipment is being delivered to an address that is NOT the billing
address of the credit card you use, then you must also submit our CREDIT
CARD APPROVAL FORM.
Order Placement: Just call
our order department at 212.557.4656 Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
Payment: Payment
is due upon order placement. We accept all major credit cards. |
